Villanori S.A. de C.V. ("Kynai", "we"), located at Carretera Monterrey - Saltillo, km 339, Col. El Lechugal, Santa Catarina, Nuevo León, C.P. 66376, México., is responsible for processing your personal data under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and applicable regulations.
This notice explains what data we collect, why we use it, who we share it with, and how you can exercise your rights. The Spanish version is the legally binding one.
1. Data we collect
We collect data you provide directly through our contact, diagnostic, or scheduling forms, as well as navigation data generated automatically:
- Identification and contact data: name, email, company or organization, and role.
- Information you submit voluntarily: messages, descriptions of your operation, and answers to our self-assessments (diagnostic and voice map).
- Navigation data collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and interactions, via cookies and analytics tools.
2. Purposes of processing
Primary purposes (necessary for our relationship with you):
- Responding to your contact requests and scheduling sessions.
- Preparing and delivering the diagnostic and work plan.
- Providing and following up on our consulting services.
- Answering questions and providing support.
3. Secondary purposes
Additionally, and only if you do not object, we use your data to send marketing communications, content, and updates, and to measure and improve the site through analytics. You may object to these purposes at any time by writing to rodrigo@kynai.ai, without affecting the provision of services.
4. Transfers and processors
To run the site and deliver our services, we share data with providers acting on our behalf (processors). Some may store or process information outside Mexico (for example, in the United States):
- Google (Google Analytics and Tag Manager): analytics and usage measurement.
- Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel): advertising measurement and attribution.
- Supabase: storage of contacts and requests.
- Resend: sending transactional emails.
- Netlify: site hosting and infrastructure.
5. Your rights (ARCO)
You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel, or Object to the processing of your data (ARCO rights), and to revoke your consent. To exercise them, send a request to rodrigo@kynai.ai stating your name, the right you wish to exercise, and the information needed to identify your data. We will respond within the timeframes set by law.

The site uses first- and third-party cookies (Google, Meta) to remember preferences, measure audience, and improve your experience. Analytics and advertising cookies load only after interaction or a short delay. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some features may be affected.
